Booking conditions:
Please note that a valid credit card will need to be supplied directly to the owners upon booking confirmation for security purposes. If you do not wish to do this, then a $200 refundable bond will be applied. When special or discounted tariffs are available, the inclusions are continental breakfast provisions only, complimentary bottle of wine, organic chocolates. If cooked breakfast provisions are preferred please ask, and we will add $30 to the tariff and include these provisions for your stay.
